Orlando weather: High pressure boosts temperature for Sunday, warming trends continue into Monday
ORLANDO, Fla. - TONIGHT: Clear, cool and breezy. Cooler air settles into the region dropping our temperatures through the 40s and 50s across the region tonight. Winds will be coming in from the N at 5-10 mph.
COLD AIR ON THE WAY: "Illusion Warm Up" on Monday as VERY warm air pushes into the region. You may need a light jacket tomorrow morning as we see breezy conditions and partly cloudy skies out the door tomorrow morning. Monday is our next chance of rain and storms as a cold front passes through and this will take the FRIGID ARCTIC air in Northern Canada and funnel it into the southeast. Clouds will be on the increase Monday morning, widespread rain and a few thunderstorms move through Monday afternoon and Monday evening. Highs will be mostly in the low 60s and 50s next week. Lows will be in the 40s and 30s. Front brings the possibility of gusty winds, heavy downpours at times and the chance of a stronger storm.
TUESDAY IS A WEATHER IMPACT DAY because of the SIGNIFICANT 25 degree drop from Monday's to Tuesday's high and the FRIGID COLD TEMPERATURES on the way.
Another cold front moves through Wednesday bringing our temperatures back closer to average but it will still be cool with temps lingering in the 60s.
