Pegasus Hotel to be built at University of Central Florida
ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - The University of Central Florida (UCF) is getting a brand new hotel.
The Pegasus Hotel will feature 179 rooms and suites. It will also have more than 10,000 square feet of conference and event space. Also featured at the hotel, there will be an active lobby bar and three meal-a-day restaurant, a take-way pantry, and room service. Finally, there will also a pool.
The hotel is joint venture between DEVEN Group, Demetree Global and Pinnacle Hotel Management. The hotel will carry a Tribute by Marriott flag and will be managed by Pinnacle Hotel Management.

The hotel will be located at the intersection of University Drive and Alafaya Trail at the main entrance to the UCF campus. It is set to open in the spring of 2020.
