Motorcyclist seriously injured in Lake Mary crash, police asking drivers to avoid area
SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. - Police are asking drivers to avoid westbound west Lake Mary Boulevard between 4th Street and 5th Street following a motorcycle crash Tuesday morning.
Officials said the crash took place between the motorcycle and one other vehicle.
The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and has been transported to a local hospital for treatment, officers state. No other injuries have been reported.

Officials report westbound west Lake Mary Boulevard currently is closed between 4th Street and 5th Street as the traffic unit conducts its investigation.
Police are urging drivers to avoid the area and use alternative routes.
