1 dead in Cape Canaveral condo fire: Officials

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. - One person has died following a fire in Cape Canaveral, fire officials said. 

The fire happened on Saturday around 11:34 a.m. at 8700 Ridgewood Avenue. 

While searching the complex, fire crews found one person who died. 

Brevard County Sheriff's office and the State Fire Marshal are investigating.

No other details have been released.
