Teen accused in shootout with deputies has checkered past

A 12-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl are accused of firing multiple rounds of ammunition during a standoff with deputies. The boy appeared before a judge on Thursday. The girl remains hospitalized and FOX 35 News has learned that she is not stranger to the law.
