Judge allows phone evidence in Maddie Soto Case

A judge on Wednesday ruled that key phone evidence can be used in the sexual abuse trial of Stephan Sterns, the man also accused of killing 13-year-old Maddie Soto. The trial has been pushed back one week, with jury selection now set to begin July 22.
