Accused FSU shooter appears before judge, denied bond

Phoenix Ikner, the 20-year-old man accused of killing two and injuring six at FSU, appeared virtually via Zoom before a judge for his first appearance on Tuesday, following his release from the hospital. A judge ruled that Ikner would be held on no bond. He has also been ordered to have no contact with the victims, families or any other witnesses.
