Man arrested for allegedly killing girlfriend's cat in Florida

A man accused of killing his girlfriend's cat in Palm Coast, Florida, has been captured in Mississippi. Atticus Robert is facing felony charges of animal cruelty after he allegedly prevented his girlfriend from calling 911 or even leaving when she found her dead cat. The girlfriend told investigators she thought something was wrong due to the severe physical injuries her cat suffered. A full investigation found the cat had died of blunt force trauma and a collapsed lung.
