Suspected Orlando serial killer arrested

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said it has determined who killed two women in the same way just a month apart and dumped their bodies in the same location. In doing so, Sheriff John Mina says they likely stopped a would-be serial killer from creating a new habit.
