Man arrested after driving truck into ocean

Deputies caught up with Jason Brzuszkiewicz, who was ultimately arrested for failing to pay the access fee of the beach access toll. When deputies eventually caught up with him, Brzuszkiewicz allegedly told deputies "he wanted to drive on the beach.
