Man leads deputies on chase with kids in car: VCSO

Timothy Breedlove is accused of leading Volusia Sheriff's Office deputies on a chase with two kids in the backseat. The 25-year-old was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, two counts of aggravated child abuse, three counts of false imprisonment and driving with a suspended license.
