Deltona man shoots deputy during standoff

The Volusia County Sheriff's Office has released a video of a standoff with a Deltona, Florida, man who is accused of shooting a deputy after allegedly stealing cigarettes from a Wawa store. The standoff ended after Dempsey Hadley set his home on fire.
