Florida man, 78, accused of killing neighbor

A 78-year-old Florida man shot and killed his neighbor who was trimming trees over his property line in DeLeon Springs Sunday evening, according to the Volusia Sheriff's Office. It happened at a home on Alameda Drive off State Road 11.
