3 malnourished dogs found at man's home

Zachary Cain was arrested Tuesday and charged with three felony counts of animal cruelty and three misdemeanor counts of unlawful confinement/abandonment of animals without sufficient food or water, deputies said. Shortly after being booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail, Cain posted $9,000 bond.
