Car window shatters as fire overtakes it

The City of Oviedo has shared video of a fire that sparked inside a vehicle and quickly spread, shattering one of the windows. City officials told FOX 35 that two children were able to escape the vehicle, which was parked outside Dillard's at Oviedo Mall. Alicia Moore was arrested and booked into jail on charges of child neglect and arson.
