DeSantis board to countersue Disney: 'We will seek justice'

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District Board voted Monday to countersue Disney over a development agreement Disney signed with the previous board before that board was ousted by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and the Florida Legislature.
