Washington Spirit defeats Orlando Pride 2-1
ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 ORLANDO) - The Washington Spirit defeated the Orlando Pride 2-1 on Saturday.
The Pride entered Saturday's match following a 2-1 victory at the Chicago Red Stars on Wednesday.
Saturday's match was the second between the two teams this season.
The Pride won the first with a 4-3 victory on July 6 at Exploria Stadium and will welcome the Spirit once more to Orlando for their next match on Saturday, August 31.
