'One Daytona' is on the rise after restaurant and other stores open
DAYTONA, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - The sizzle is on at ‘One Daytona’ as P.F. Chang’s opens their newest restaurant across from the Speedway this week.
Danny Borroto, Chief Operating Partner of P.F. CHANG’S says, “Whether they’re from Port Orange, Ormond Beach, or out of town guests traveling for the race track, this is the place everyone is going to be buzzing around.”
The “farm-to-wok” upscale casual eatery is one of five merchants now open for business, including sweet shop ‘IT’Sugar’ at the 300,000 square foot retail and entertainment complex.
‘Guitar Center’ opened in October. ‘Bass Pro Shops’ and ‘Cobb Theaters’ opened last year.
‘The Daytona’ a Marriott Hotel, is under construction and is expected to open early next year.
“We’re really creating a lifestyle for Daytona,” says Ed Bean, the General Manager of One Daytona.
