Officers flash lights at children's hospital to say goodnight

Orlando Police Officers continued a beautiful tradition on the night of Tuesday, January 16th.

Officers lined up their patrol cars at the Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital and flashed their lights at the windows. The children in the hospital would flash their lights back. This would be the their way of saying "goodnight" to each other.

The department tweeted that this event means so much to their officers.

This is a new tradition that the Orlando Police Department is establishing.
