FHP: Car rams Evans Food Mart in 'act of revenge'

Florida Highway Patrol said it is investigating after a car crashed into a food mart on Wednesday night, allegedly, as an act of revenge.  Sgt. Kim Montes with FHP said the car rammed clean through Evans Food Mart on 971 N. Goldenrod Road in Orange County around 6:47 p.m. The driver is under arrest and will be charged  with criminal mischief and DUI, according to Montes.

Montes said the driver, identified as 53-year-old Martin Camellon, was attempting to get back at the store owner for not paying him after work he had done.  The store owner said he did pay Camellon.  Montes said Camellon purposely drove into the building, ramming it three times. Luckily, no one was injured.

The landlord says he has owned this building for 30 years, and the food mart has been here for six years.  He said his insurance should cover the damage.
