Women stole 40 Apple devices worth over $10,000 from Ormond Beach Walmart, officers say
ORMOND BEACH, Fla. (FOX 35 ORLANDO) - Ormond Beach Police are looking for two women they say were caught on a security video stealing thousands of dollars in Apple products from a Walmart.
The alleged theft happened Saturday at the store at 1521 W. Granada Blvd. Officers say two unknown African American females entered the store around 4:16 a.m. and headed to the electronics department.
According to a press release, one of the women pried open a cabinet and stuffed 10 iPhones into a plastic bag while the other woman pried open another cabinet and stole 15 i-Pads and 15 Apple watches.
The two ladies then left the store.
