Kissimmee apartment fire leaves many families homeless

Officials are now trying to figure out what caused it! The state fire marshal is investigating what sparked this fire, but authorities think it may have started in the attic.

Meanwhile, dozens of families are left picking up the pieces and figuring out what's next.

Video shows flames shooting into the sky at Blossom Park Villas Monday afternoon. The Osceola Fire Chief says nearly 100 firefighters from several departments rushed to put out the flames.

Fire, smoke and water destroyed 18 apartments.

Dozens of people were forced out of their homes and people staying at a nearby resort were forced to evacuate as well.
