Ocala police receive threat against Westport H.S. for Monday

OCALA, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - The Ocala Police Department is investigating a threat against Westport High School.
On Friday, police say they were called to the high school to check out a written note threatening violence on the school's campus on Monday.
Officials said they have not been able to substantiate the threat, saying they believe it has no credibility.
However, investigators said they are continuing to look into the matter and plan on having extra officers on campus on Monday to ensure the school's safety.
