ORLANDO, Fla. - It was another hot, uncomfortably humid day in Central Florida, with above-average temperatures and below-average rain amounts.
Drier air in the middle and upper layers of the atmosphere meant less of a chance for rain but some afternoon storms did develop late afternoon and early evening in the western part of Central Florida.
High temperatures it the low-90s along the coast, the mid-90s inland, with a few spots hitting the upper-90s.
The heat index or "feels-like" temperature approached 105 in most spots.
