Bail bondsman accepts plea deal in Orange County racketeering case

A longtime bail bondsman accused of trading bond services for sexual favors has accepted a plea deal in Orange County.  Russell Moncrief appeared in court and pleaded no contest to racketeering as part of an agreement with prosecutors on the first day his trial was scheduled to begin.
