Driver rescued from sinking car at New Smyrna Beach boat ramp

Two Good Samaritans are being credited with rescuing a driver whose car rolled into the water at a New Smyrna Beach boat ramp and sank within seconds. Witnesses said the Chevrolet Impala slowly entered the water without braking or swerving before becoming submerged.
