Florida pup's wheelchair stolen; new one on the way

The St. Cloud Police Department is asking the public for help to find whomever stole a Florida pup's pink wheelchair. Pittie Party of Central Florida said Baby has a rare neurological condition that has impacts her balance and mobility, which requires a wheelchair for her to get around. It was taken on Aug. 19. Another organization, Ruck9, contacted the shelter and offered to provide a new wheelchair.
