Downtown Orlando bike takeover disrupts traffic, delays emergency vehicles

Orlando police are investigating a large gathering of juveniles on electric and motorized bikes that disrupted traffic in downtown Orlando over the weekend, running red lights, blocking intersections and delaying emergency vehicles, authorities said.
