Health officials address early distribution of COVID-19 vaccine

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has asked states to be prepared to distribute a COVID-19 vaccine as early as November 1. Health officials say the third phase of clinical trials are going and show promise, but many are concerned the process could be rushed.
