Mother of missing girl charged with child neglect

The mother of a missing Jacksonville girl has been arrested for child neglect and giving false information to investigators. Police believe remains found in Alabama are those of Taylor Rose Williams. Authorities said the child's mother, Brianna Williams, has been hospitalized from "an apparent overdose of some sort."
