Arrest made in fatal hit and run in Orange County

Authorities said witnesses were the key to cracking the case of a fatal hit-and-run crash in Orlando, Florida. The Florida Highway Patrol credits two people for helping to lead them to the suspect vehicle after the driver fled the scene. One bystander was able to take down the license plate number.
