New booking photo of Stephen Sterns

A new mugshot of Stephen Sterns has been released. Sterns pleaded guilty earlier this week to sexually abusing 13-year-old Maddie Soto, but he pleaded no contest to killing her. Sterns will spend the rest of his life in state prison.
