Florida Congressman Randy Fine (District 6) delivered his first speech on the floor of the U.S. House, moments after being officially worn-in as a member of Congress. Randy Fine defeated Josh Weil to fill the seat vacated by former Rep. Michael Waltz, who joined Trump's Administration as a national security adviser.
