Suspended Orlando commissioner Regina Hill appears in court

Suspended Orlando City commissioner Regina Hill was back in court today. Both sides hashed out motions filed in her fraud case with the judge. Hill is accused of exploiting an elderly woman in her district while she was in office. However, she has denied those allegations.
