Lawsuit alleges past workplace misconduct at Holly Hill PD

A former Holly Hill Police Department employee has filed a lawsuit accusing ex-Chief Jeffrey Miller and Captain Christopher Yates of fostering a toxic workplace with sexual harassment and misconduct.
