Shooting victim's mom says she knows who killed daughter

Orange County deputies are searching for a person they say shot and killed a woman on west Livingston Street on Tuesday afternoon. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) has not released the name of the victim nor the suspect, but said the shooting is domestic in nature.
