Scam of the week: Brushing

This week's scam of the week is called brushing. A brushing scam occurs when scammers send unsolicited packages to your address, often with the goal of boosting their product's online ratings and popularity by posing as a verified buyer and leaving fake positive reviews. Scammers will order items using stolen or fake information, including your name and address, and then ship the packages to your home. Holly Salmons, president and CEO of the Better Business Bureau serving Central Florida, shares what to do if you receive a package you didn't order.
