DEPUTY saves man attempting to jump of I-95 overpass

Deputy First Class Bryan Carter from the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office spoke with FOX 35’s Garrett Wymer on how he worked to save a man who was attempting to jump off of an I-95 overpass.
