A scam artist was extradited back to Florida after being arrested by the NYPD. The woman was arrested after stealing elderly woman's life's savings. Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood greeted the woman at the airport. FOX 35's Manny Martinez caught the interaction on camera.
