Residents express concerns over SODO homeless shelter plans

"Not in my backyard." That is what some people living in the "SODO" district of Orlando say about a proposed homeless shelter. A scheduled neighborhood meeting hosted by Orlando Police Chief Eric Smith escalated into a "Stop the SODO Shelter" rally.
