Stephan Sterns files new motion to drop death penalty

Stephan Sterns, the man facing a first-degree murder charge and the death penalty, if convicted, in the disappearance and death of 13-year-old Madeline Soto has filed nearly 50 motions in recent days ahead of a pre-trial conference.
