Off-duty deputy cut with knife in road-rage incident
An off-duty deputy with the Orange County Sheriff's Office was cut with a knife during an apparent road-rage incident with another driver. Both drivers pulled off the road after one cut the other off on the freeway, according to the report. In a parking lot, one man exited holding a knife and "charged" at the other driver, who was an off-duty deputy. That deputy was cut in the shoulder. He then drew his weapon and held the other driver and female passenger until law enforcement arrived.
