Florida man arrested twice for alleged animal abuse

A Florida man has been arrested twice in two weeks over allegations of animal abuse, including once where he put a cat in a cage and sprayed it with water. The judge called the allegations "disturbing" and set bond at $80,000. The man's attorney said his client was depressed and asked for a mental health evaluation.
