Tropics forecast: 2 disturbances form in Caribbean, Atlantic

The National Hurricane Center is monitoring two disturbances in the Caribbean and the tropical Atlantic. The FOX 35 Storm Team takes a look at the two disturbances and whether or not they could development into a tropical depression, tropical storm, or a hurricane.
