Hurricane Helene: Shadow Bay neighborhood prepares for storm flooding

Longwood woman who filled neighborhood drains with cement attempts to clear water before Hurricane Helene. The neighborhood has been dealing with extensive flooding due to storms and the drains being filled with concrete. The woman has been directed by a judge to fix the drainage pipes.
