Tropics update on Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine

Florida has declared a state of emergency for several counties as Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine makes its way towards Florida. We're still a few days out, but the system is expected to become a tropical storm and then a hurricane before reaching Florida later in the week.
