Tropics update: Could Caribbean disturbance enter the Gulf?

The National Hurricane Center is monitoring a potential disturbance in the Caribbean Sea that has a 50% chance of further development. It's not a tropical wave yet, nor is it a disturbance. But it is entering an area of the Caribbean where conditions are favorite for the potential of a system to develop. FOX 35's Laurel Blanchard provides an update.
