Secret Service update on Trump assassination attempts: Full speech

Acting Director of the U.S. Secret Service Ronald L. Rowe, Jr. discussed a number of changes he wants to make following two attempted assassination attempts of former President Donald Trump. Rowe said there were a number of failures and communication breakdowns during Trump's rally in Butler County, Pennsylvania, where Trump was shot in the ear, and a first responders was shot and killed.
