Man shoots, kills ex-girlfriend's boyfriend: Deputies

A man has been arrested for shooting and killing his ex-girlfriend's boyfriend at a Seminole County apartment on Wednesday night, according to deputies. Nathanal Samuel Bratcher II, 26, was arrested on a charge of first-degree pre-meditated murder, the Seminole County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.
