Tropical Storm Ernesto forms near the Caribbean

Tropical Storm Ernesto has formed in the Atlantic, not far from the Caribbean Islands. It's expected to stregnthen further into a hurricane later this week, according to the National Hurricane Center. Tropical Storm-forces expected to hit Leeward Islands late Monday night. The storm has sustained winds of 40 mph and is traveling west-northwest at 28 mph.
